RS Hospitality is a Dubai-based Food & Beverage consultancy and creative agency built on over 18 years of international hospitality experience.

Founded by Chef Roberto Segura, the company brings together deep operational knowledge, strategic thinking, and creative direction to support restaurants, hospitality brands, investors, and corporate clients across the UAE.

We understand hospitality from the inside out — from kitchen operations and menu engineering to concept development, guest experience, and commercial performance. Our work goes beyond aesthetics. We focus on building food and beverage concepts that are structured, profitable, and built to endure.

Today, RS Hospitality operates at the intersection of strategy and execution — delivering consultancy, event production, corporate hospitality, high-end private dining, recruitment, and staff training with clarity and discipline.

Founder & F&B Strategist

Roberto Segura is a Dubai-based Food & Beverage consultant and founder of RS Hospitality, a leading F&B consultancy in the GCC specializing in restaurant concept development, financial modeling, and operational strategy.

As an experienced restaurant consultant in Dubai and across the Middle East, Roberto advises investors, developers, and hospitality groups on building commercially viable and scalable F&B businesses. His expertise includes menu engineering, P&L structuring, cost control systems, and performance-driven operational frameworks tailored to high-rent, competitive markets in the UAE and wider GCC region.

Beyond consultancy, Roberto has developed and scaled multiple restaurant brands and led high-level corporate catering operations in collaboration with premium and international brands, delivering large-scale culinary experiences with operational precision and strategic alignment.

Recognized for his disciplined, numbers-driven approach, Roberto supports hospitality projects from concept creation to execution, ensuring sustainable profitability and long-term value creation in the Middle East F&B industry.

Aneshree Guruparsard

Hospitality & Events Director

Aneshree is a hospitality consultant specialising in event execution, recruitment strategy, and performance-driven training.

She supports RS Hospitality clients in planning and coordinating high-level corporate events, private dining experiences, and brand activations, ensuring every detail is operationally sound, commercially viable, and flawlessly delivered.

On the HR side, she partners with operators to source, structure, and build strong teams. From key management hires to front-of-house recruitment strategy, she focuses on selecting individuals who elevate service standards and strengthen venue culture.

Her training programmes translate operational experience into measurable results. Her sessions cover service excellence, leadership, guest engagement, and team accountability, and are practical, direct, and designed for real-world hospitality environments.

Across events, HR, and training, Aneshree brings a deep understanding of what elevates guest experiences, because in hospitality, details are the difference.
